TRACK PROGRESS PHOTOS & BODY STATS
Progress Photos & Track Body Stats located in the Trainerize App: Simple & Extremely Effective.
Once you are set up in the Trainerize App… we will have a weekly notification for you to Take Progress Photos and Track Body Stats.
Step 1 – Take a revealing Photo of yourself in the mirror or have someone take it for you. All you have to do is Click on the “Take Progress Photos” notification in your DASH and then
Either – Take Photos With Trainerize OR Upload Photos You Have Taken & Stored.
Step 2 – Weigh in on the scale (Just a point of reference, no judgment)
Step 3 – Measure Body Circumference (Easy with a MyoTape)
Step 4 – Measure Body Fat (Easy with a 1 Site Accumeasure 3000 Caliper)
Step 5 – Next Click on the “Track Body Stats” notification in your DASH and then enter your numbers under the appropriate category.
WORKOUT PROGRESS TRACKER
The WORKOUT Progress Tracking – Is Done Within Your Workouts As You Perform Them in the Trainerize App: Helping you see where you’ve been, remember where you are, & helping you plan where to go next to get what you want.
This tracker can be filled in and then reviewed for many purposes; to see if you can beat your workout time for a particular workout; to show increased work capacity for time; to do more sets, circuits, reps, to add more resistance, or whatever you desire.
How to review previous Workout Stats (Weights, Sets, Reps, Times) – simply Go to your Dash in the Trainerize App… use the arrow Buttons in the App to scroll back in the Days to the last time you did that particular workout and review the info you entered there.
It can help you remember whether the resistance used in a previous workout was too light so you can increase, too heavy so you can decrease, or just right so you can stay with the same resistance amount. It basically helps you progress through your progressive physical training.
You will find the WORKOUT Progress Tracker within each workout that we give you to do in Trainerize. Just fill in the blanks of reps & weight or just reps for time on your phone.
